Story of the Week and Stash Enhancement No New Stash this time. 
I finished some stuff, and started a few things.
We had a wonderful Christmas. Ted and I exchanged gifts on Christmas Eve, then  Christmas day was at Teds sons with all the kids and grandkids. The weather was great and the kids played outside most of day. It was a few hours of gifts being opened, great food and fun.

Flax Sweater Free pattern on Ravelry by Tin Can Knits. Yarn is a caren Cake in the pistachio color way, Needles are US 7 4,5 mm, and US 9, 5.5mm 40 inch circulars. Modifying pattern by going up a needle six and not including the garner ridge in sleeves.

Throw Blanket, using the Grandmas favorite dishcloth recipe, yarn is the Bernat baby blanket yarn, polyester yarn, in the Little Roses color, needles are knitter pride Dreamz , US 10.75, 7mm, 40 inch circular.

Story of the Week and Stash Enhancement  I fell down and bought some more yarn.

Some of it was a Christmas present so it doesn't count. 

After last podcast, a kind viewer offered to finish my Eyeball Shawl, so I sent it to her. I was so shocked and excited that someone would do that for me, and I am so grateful for the offer. I want it but I was just done trying to knit it. It doesn't matter when it comes back, it will just be a very wonderful gift when it comes back.

  I got to see my sister and her family over this past weekend. It was our annual Girls Day Out weekend for Christmas shopping and Hallmark Movie watching. Had  4 day weekend that was much needed, and Ted was  successfully independent for 2 nights.
