Taco Tuesday- Join in, just make yours a salad with lots of the veggies, little meat, little cheese and the salsa is okay, drop the sour cream and just eat one shell.
Also get a fitness/ diet app to help keep track of calories.
Also, take care of you. Take care of your skin, Pay attention to your grooming, Do your hair. Have your nails done or do then. All these things will help you to start feeling better about yourself, and might help you to stay on track.
